I blame the song 'Almost Unreal' by Roxette for inspiring a bit of this, but all the credit goes to the wonderfully crazy movie Super Mario Bros.( love it or hate it), for this rendition of Princess Daisy and her meteorite pendent.

If you look closely, you'll see where my inspiration for Princess Holly and her pendent came from. Just call it a shoutout to the movies and games of the fandom. ;)

Oh sure, it barely was Mario, but it was still full of lol... and Goombas! :3

I did too, it's a guilty pleasure for me. And good lord the Goombas! :icongoombaplz: They made the movie worth watching in some parts. That and Dennis Hopper saying "Monkey!" :lmao:

Aww, how lovely! :heart: I always love the way you color your pictures. The colors are so pretty, and the glowing effect is very nicely done here. Everything looks great! :D

Btw, I didn't know they made a movie for Super Mario Bros and was totally shocked when I found its info on IMDb... How's the movie? Is it good? ;P

It's....well. ^^; I tend to think it's a very loose interpretation of Super Mario. Kind of like what they did with Transformers, there's a lot of love/hate in the fandom about it. But I think it's a movie simply for fun, not anything to take serious. ^^ I personally enjoy it when I have time to watch it. The romantic subplot is also very cute. The whole movie has been available on You Tube since 2007, so if you're curious, take a peek. :D
